The Four runs into the cave to fight ASG, but they are no match since he is now more powerful than ever before. Ji Yao Hua takes this opportunity to get close to ASG and stabs him, but it wasn’t enough to kill him. Instead, ASG knocks everyone out the door so he could fully soak in the power of his newfound magic.

Meanwhile, Ji Yao Hua tumbles out the cave and Leng Xue follows. They spend a sweet moment together remembering the first time they met and the time they spent together before she disappears, leaving him just a note written in blood and the necklace he gave her.

It’s as if nothing happened, Li Mo and her mom are still outside the cave door cherishing their time together. I mean that’s great and all, but the bad guy is just on the other side of the door. Aren’t they worried? Shouldn’t they like move away or something?

Just then a loud thump comes from the inside. Mom feels like they should no longer wait and borrows Li Mo and Leng Xue’s blood to bust open the other cave door. I don’t know why she had to use Li Mo’s blood. Doesn’t her own work?

The Four goes in and leaves the women outside yet again. Who wrote this super macho script? All the women are always left behind, even if they are powerful and are capable of protecting themselves.

In any case, Li Mo insists that she goes inside the cave as well and mom gives her some new mind reading skills that might be able to defeat ASG. So if mom had this skill from the beginning why didn’t she use it?

ASG is unbeatable at this point though because he has learnt a new move called Black Dragon in the Sky. Ok…. not the best name, but whatever, it’s powerful.

Li Mo enters ASG’s mind and uses an image of Die Wu to mess with ASG’s thoughts. ASG is unable to take it and goes crazy. Leng Xue seizes this opportunity to stab ASG. The remaining members of the Four aid the effort by fighting ASG’s stone dragons. At long last, ASG is dead.

Now that ASG is history, mom wants Li Mo to return with her so they can spend some time catching up and for her to finish her mind reading studies. As mom and daughter are about to leave, Leng Xue stops them at the gate to ask for Li Mo’s hand in marriage. Li Mo agrees and mom leaves without her. Dang, sucks to be in those days when you can’t visit each other so easily.

And then…. cue scenes of everyone being happy! I guess this is a relatively happy ending, even for ASG. After all, he is now with the one he loves. The only sad person is Wu Qing who is all alone again, but I guess that’s what happens when your name is no emotions right?

The Fifth:

• The emperor is so happy that Leng Xue killed ASG that he is no longer forcing Leng Xue to marry the Princess.
• Yi Yi gifts Tie Shou a jade pendant that matches the one he gave her.
• Leng Xue wants to name his future child Leng Mo because that’s a combo of his and Li Mo’s name. However, Li Mo is a little disgruntled because this name means far and distant. Leng Xue says the child takes after him. Ha!
